Ground transportation has not been pre-arranged in Miami / Fort Lauderdale (on date of arrival and date of departure). Please take a taxi/ Uber to the destination and submit the receipts to us. You will be reimbursed for this expense.
Taxi gratuities in excess of 20% of the metered or flat fare are not reimbursable.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know and we will make the request with the hotel on your behalf.
You will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card at the time of check-in. The credit card is intended for incidental charges only. Room, tax and parking will not be charged to your credit card (unless you have requested an early arrival or extended stay).

Original receipts must always be submitted. Original receipts include not only the credit card payment slip but must also include an itemized receipt. An itemized receipt is one that includes a breakdown of the items purchased.
Actelion is not responsible for lost, damaged, or non-visible receipts. When submitting receipts, please make sure they are clearly readable. Tape each receipt to a sheet of paper prior to submitting to Actelion.
